Product workmanship and performance is guaranteed to meet your expectations.  It is the policy of wooDsom to accept returns in their original packaging for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. 

 

If you would like to return a product, send an email with your contact information to returns@woodsom.com.  We will respond with a return authorization email for you to print and include in your package.  Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges of magnetic knife holders and other wooDsom products.
