The same wooDsom quality Commercial-Grade knife holder but with magnets embedded in the back to mount on the refrigerator or other magnetic surface.  Wood plug accents cover screw holes that can be used to also mount to the wall if desired.  Surface is treated with ebony stain and satin laquer to a near-black finish.
